읽음표읽음표(readsignal) 개인정보처리방침
1. 이용자(확장 프로그램을 설치한 사람)에 대해 처리하는 정보
- 로그인용 이메일 주소(이메일로 받은 6자리 코드로 로그인)
- 추적을 켠 채 보낸 메일의 제목, 받는 사람·참조 주소, 본문에 넣은 링크 주소, 보낸 시각
- 이용자의 공인 IP 주소 — 이용자 본인이 자기 메일을 연 것을 「열람」에서 빼는 데만 씁니다
메일 본문과 받은편지함은 읽거나 저장하지 않습니다. 「사람별 발송」을 쓰면 Gmail 의 「메일 보내기」 권한(gmail.send)으로 이용자가 쓴 메일을 받는 사람마다 따로 보내며, 이 권한으로는 메일함을 읽을 수 없습니다. 이 권한으로 받은 정보는 메일 발송 외의 목적으로 쓰거나 다른 사람에게 넘기지 않습니다(Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책의 「제한된 사용」 요건 준수).
2. 받는 사람에 대해 처리하는 정보
- 메일 속 1×1 이미지나 링크를 불러올 때의 시각, IP 주소, 브라우저 정보(User-Agent)
- 이 정보로 「사람이 열었는지, 보안 검사기가 열었는지」만 판정합니다. 위치는 표시하지 않습니다
- IP 주소는 90일 뒤 자동으로 지웁니다
3. 보관·삭제
정보는 Supabase(대한민국 서울 지역)에 저장합니다. 이용자가 요청하면 그 이용자의 계정과 관련 기록을 지웁니다(위 메일 주소로 요청).
4. 제3자 제공
법령에 따른 경우를 빼고 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
Privacy Policy (English)
readsignal stores the sign-in email address, the subject, recipients, links and send time of emails sent with tracking on, and the user's own public IP address (only to exclude the user's own opens). It never reads or stores mailbox contents. The optional per-recipient sending uses the Gmail gmail.send scope solely to send the user's own message to each recipient separately; data obtained from Google APIs is not used for any other purpose and is not shared, in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
For recipients, only the time, IP address and user agent of the tracking image or link request are processed, to distinguish human opens from automated scanners. Location is not shown. IP addresses are deleted after 90 days.
Data is stored in Supabase (Seoul, South Korea). Users may request deletion of their account and records at ashhan8904@gmail.com. Data is not sold or provided to third parties except as required by law.
